1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using UpcomingHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use UpcomingHub for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on UpcomingHub

- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
6. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UpcomingHub and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UpcomingHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “last updated” date.
